Abstract:
How to improve system operation safety is an important problem faced by researchers and operators. The core of system operation is the human-machine interaction; so based on system safety analysis, it is an important approach to improve weapon operation safety by constructing man-in-the-loop simulation system to train the operators. Aiming to train the operators’ safety manipulations and emergency disposal scenario, the core function of man-in-the-loop simulation system for operation safety is to simulate incident scenario and accident process. Based on hazard components analysis, this paper discussed accident process modeling by Hybrid Dynamic System (HDS) and Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS), investigated the integrating method for DEVS and HLA standard, and designed the architecture of distributed man-in-the-loop simulation system for typical weapon operation safety. The software/hardware configuration and function of simulation system were discussed, the relationships between different hierarchies were analyzed, and the simulation logic was presented.
